Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?▾
Open the app or website → Account → Subscription → 'Cancel auto-renew'. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.
I'm not getting push notifications.▾
First check OS settings → Notifications → mafeshsho8l → Allow Notifications. Then inside the app: More → Notifications → ensure you've granted permission. If you still don't see news pushes after a few hours, email us with the device model and OS version and we'll trace it from the server side.
The app crashes / shows a blank screen.▾
Force-quit and reopen. If it persists, sign out and back in (your data is server-side). If still broken, email [email protected] with a screenshot — we usually push a fix within 24h.
How do I delete my account?▾
The fastest path is the self-serve page at /delete — sign in, confirm with your password, and every piece of your data is removed immediately. If you can't sign in (lost phone, forgot password), email us at [email protected] and we'll delete it manually within 30 days, per our privacy policy.
Can I use mafeshsho8l outside Egypt?▾
Yes — the app works globally. The CV analysis is tuned for the Egyptian job market though, so scores reflect that context. Job matching pulls from LinkedIn / Wuzzuf which are EG-heavy. We're expanding to GCC + wider MENA later in 2026.
