These terms govern your use of mafeshsho8l (the "Service"), operated by Bonyad Tech in Egypt. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old to use mafeshsho8l. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to share the CVs and content you upload, and that you'll keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Use of Service
You may use the Service for personal career purposes — analysing your CV, publishing a portfolio, applying to jobs, and tracking your progress. You may not abuse the Service: no scraping, no resale of AI outputs, no automated account creation, no uploading content you don't own, and no using the Service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscription & refunds
Paid tiers (Plus, Pro, Ultimate) are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, in EGP via Paymob on the web or in USD via Apple IAP on iOS. You can cancel auto-renew any time from Account → Subscription; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase — email [email protected]. Apple IAP refunds are processed by Apple per their policy.
Liability
mafeshsho8l is provided "as is". AI-generated CV scores, job matches, and recommendations are suggestions — not guarantees of employment. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app notification, and the "Last updated" date at the top will move. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
